Terms and Conditions

TERMS: Net 30 days to credit approved accounts only, all others C.O.D., VISA/MC or payment in advance. A fee of $25 will be charged for all returned checks. Past due accounts are subject to credit review. Collection and/or attorney's fees will be added in the event of forced collection .

PAYMENT: Monthly statements are sent only on a requested basis. Please pay from the invoice that is included with shipment.

SHIPPING: All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. point of shipment (Origin). JUST Parts reserves the right to change quantities to standard pack multiples.

PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice and all invoices reflect those prices in effect at time of shipment. All sales are final.

RETURNS: All returns must have the prior approval of JUST Parts. All returns must be shipped prepaid and have enclosed a packing slip stating the reason for return. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Return of material not sold by JUST Parts will result in no credit being issued and material being scrapped unless sender pays for return of same.

MINIMUM ORDER: There is a $20.00 minimum order.

STATE & LOCAL SALES TAX: The customer assumes all sales tax liability where applicable. A sales tax exemption number must be supplied to avoid charging of sales tax.

WARRANTY: JUST Parts warrants the merchandise it sells for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. JUST Parts' liability is limited to replacement or credit for merchandise purchased from JUST Parts only and found to be defective in workmanship or materials at the sole discretion of JUST Parts. JUST Parts assumes no liability for contingent costs of any nature. This warranty shall not apply if any JUST Parts Identification Code Label or marking affixed to the product has been removed, obliterated or defaced, or if JUST Parts determines that the product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, improper repair, improper installation, or any other act not due to a defect in workmanship or materials. No distributor, representative of any nature or employee has the authority to make any agreement binding upon JUST Parts except as stated in the Warranty Policy.

AIRCRAFT PARTS: No parts offered by JUST Parts are suitable for aircraft use.

BACK ORDERS: Back Orders will be shipped under the terms of the original order unless otherwise specified by the Customer.

SHIPPING ERRORS: In the event of a shortage or shipment of merchandise in error, these errors must be reported to JUST Parts WITHIN 10 DAYS of receipt of the shipment.

SURCHARGES: JUST Parts reserves the right to add a surcharge on any items as required by market condition.

INTERCHANGES: All interchanges shown are for reference purposes only. JUST Part is not responsible for any errors that may exist in this or any other publication.

CONDITIONS: In any instance where customer's purchase order contains any clauses which in any way suggests to alter, modify, change or suspend any condition contained in JUST Parts' terms and conditions shall be in full affect.
